Smooth Legs and Sexy Feet

 

You know I am a high heel shoe girl so of course I am concerned with foot presentation! You must buff those heels! This may bear repeating. You must buff those heels! 🙂 I admit I slack in the winter time so you may even need to do this now too if you have neglected your feet over the winter. If you don’t want to spend too much, then try making your own foot soak at home by mixing a a small cup (1/2 cup for a foot bath) of epsom salts with a couple of drops of peppermint oil. Soak for 10 to 15 min to soften feet. Scrub heels with a pumice stone use the following home made foot scrub:

1½ cups Sea Salt ,¼ cup Sweet Almond Oil , 2 drops Peppermint Essential Oil , 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

In a bowl, combine together sea salt and almond oil. The mixture should hold well. If it doesn’t and seems dry, add almond oil, by the tablespoon, till you get the desired consistency. Add peppermint oil and lavender oil. Mix well.
