There is nothing that I enjoy more than smoothies and smoothie bowls. They are so refreshing and I enjoy them anytime of the day. The one thing that I especially love about smoothies, is its like having a cocktail minus the calories of alcohol. The next time you are having a smoothie and you want to look really cool or chic, enjoy it with a Glass Straw ; not only does it look cool, it’s a green thing to do!
Healthy Summer Glow Smoothie
1/2 pint fresh strawberries, stems removed
1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
2 ripe bananas, peeled
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 coconut water
2 cups medium ice cubes
Process in blender until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze until slushy.
Papaya and Red Raspberry Sexy Skin Smoothie
1/2 giant papaya, or 1 whole small one (no seeds or skin)
1 pint fresh red raspberries (yes, you can use frozen as backup, but there’s no true replacement for fresh)
2 cups Coconut water
1 cup of ice
Scoop out the papaya flesh into the blender. Add the raspberries, ice, coconut water, and blend.

Berry Smoothie Bowl
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
Toppings: Fresh berries, banana slices, toasted coconut, almonds, chia seeds
- Add the spinach, berries, and banana to the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings. I like to use fresh berries, banana slices, toasted coconut, chia seeds, and granola. Eat with a spoon and enjoy!
